1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PomPom Spa's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services & Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance through our online platform. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. We request at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Health & Safety

For your safety and the safety of our staff, please disclose any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session. We maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

5. Professionalism

PomPom Spa is a professional wellness sanctuary. Any inappropriate behavior or comments will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund and a permanent ban from our premises.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
